Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting principles and be proficient in Miracle Software for managing financial transactions and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Miracle Software (ERP).
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Handle GST accounting, return preparation, and tax-related documentation.
• Prepare TDS calculations and ensure timely statutory compliance.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Generate MIS reports and financial statements for management.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience with Miracle Software is mandatory.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Experience using Miracle Software is essential.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in manufacturing accounting.
• Familiarity with inventory accounting and production-related transactions.
