Account Executive Junior Staff (B2C)

We are looking for an Account Executive Junior Staff (B2C) who is energetic, confident, and ready to grow in the world of sales. As an Account Executive Junior Staff – B2C, you will be responsible for finding potential customers, promoting BNET services, following up leads, and helping customers choose the right internet solution for their needs.

What You Will Do

1. Find new customer opportunities through canvassing, referrals, communities, events, and direct approaches.
2. Follow up leads and explain product information clearly to potential customers.
3. Support the sales process from prospecting to customer registration.
4. Build good relationships with customers, communities, and local area representatives.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the installation process runs smoothly.
6. Update daily sales activities, prospects, and closing reports.
7. Maintain a positive company image in every customer interaction.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

1. Minimum Senior High School/Vocational School from any major.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account executive, direct sales, retail sales, or a similar role is preferred.
3. Good communication skills and confidence in meeting new people.
4. Target-driven, proactive, and willing to work in the field.
5. Good knowledge of the Karawang area and its surroundings is a plus.
6. Experience in ISP, telecommunications, subscription-based services, property, or direct sales is a plus.
7. Having a personal vehicle and active driving license is a plus.
