What they need
- Assist in handling daily accounting activities, including AR, AP, GL, bank transactions, and reconciliations.
- Assist with full set of accounts and monthly closing activities.
- Prepare accounting reports, schedules, payment vouchers, claims, and other supporting documents.
- Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions using AutoCount Accounting System.
- Assist in preparing documents and schedules for audit, tax, and statutory matters.
- Assist with Withholding Tax (WHT) and other tax-related matters when required.
- Support the preparation of financial and management reports.
- Monitor customer collections, supplier payments, and outstanding balances.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders when required.
- Assist with accounting matters for the Company's local and regional entities.
- Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and filing.
- Work closely with the Senior Account Executive and Account Assistant to ensure accounting tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Take initiative to identify issues, follow up on outstanding matters, and improve daily accounting processes.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
