What they need

Multitask effectively across various accounting functions such as:
a) Processing high-volume vendor and client payments
b) Posting and reviewing entries in Tally
c) Conducting accurate Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis
Adapt and align with the organizations internal accounting and approval processes, ensuring timely and compliant financial operations.
Ensure full compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory standards, including GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
Maintain and update reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel, including working with formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and dashboards.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities and assist in preparing financial reports for management.
Liaise with auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment follow-ups
Manage petty cash and employee reimbursements
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Drafting Documents as when required.
