ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and administrative tasks.
• Record Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), and Purchase Invoices (PI) in AutoCount.
• Manage inventory transactions and ensure stock records are accurate.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting and inventory documents.
• Assist in monthly stock take and stock reconciliation.
• Support month-end closing and prepare reports when required.
• Assist with audit, tax, and e-Invoice documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be familiar with AutoCount Accounting & Inventory System.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, and stock reconciliation.
• Able to handle PO, GRN, Purchase Invoice, and supplier reconciliation independently.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Experience in trading, wholesale, distribution, or e-commerce companies is an added advantage.
