What they need

* Accurate and on-time update of accounting system, including suppliers/contractors invoice, customers invoicing, payments and receipts, journal entries, fixed assets etc.

* Verify and process payments to suppliers, contractors, government agencies and authorities.

* Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ensure proper cash flow management.

* Prepare and maintain full set of accounts, including monthly/yearly accounts closing, supporting schedules and reconciliation of accounts.

* Co-ordinate and handle audits, taxation, banks and other regulatory bodies.

* Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
