Account Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Maintain Ledger: Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
• Manage Invoices: Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile Accounts: Perform bank reconciliations and clear discrepancies.
• Support Closing: Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Tax & Compliance: Prepare data for tax filings and statutory compliance.
• Audit Support: Gather documents for internal and external audits.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Experience: 1 to 4 years in a similar accounting role.
• Software: Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software (Tally).
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and math.
• Communication: Ability to work with vendors, clients, and teams.
