Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle day to day operational matters of accounts department.
• Handle account payable and receivable.
• Prepare full set of accounts and monthly management report.
• Liaising with internal and external parties (auditor, tax agent, banker etc.)
• Maintain proper accounting records and filling system.
• To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• 1-2 years of working experience. (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Knowledge of SQL will be added advantage.
• Good literacy in using Microsoft Word, Excel application.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Able to meet deadlines, able to multitask with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently.
