ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

• Handle the full set of accounts involving monthly, quarterly and annual accounts closing in an accurate and timely manner
• To assist in preparing the consideration of accounts including the notes to accounts and analysis
• To prepare the audited account and liaise with the external auditors relating to the audit matters
• To liaise with all the operating subsidiaries in preparing and compilation of various reports by monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually
• To assist in preparing and compilations of the budgets and forecast
• To perform day-to-day account transactions and operations
• To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filling to support all accounting entries
• To liaise with the company secretary, internal auditors, tax agent, statutory body, banks and any other relevant parties on related matters
• To liaise with the bankers and monitor the Company's banking facilities held at various financial institutions
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Superior from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel and AutoCount accounting software
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, responsible and hardworking.
