Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling full set of accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company's daily accounting operations.

Responsibilities

Handle and maintain *full set of accounts**

* Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

* Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and related accounting documents

* Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate accounting records

* Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts

* Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections when required

* Assist in month-end and year-end closing

* Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other external parties when required

* Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records

* Assist management with accounting and financial matters

* Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned

Requirements

* Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Minimum *1–2 years of relevant accounting experience**

Experience in handling *full set accounts** is preferred

* Good understanding of basic accounting principles

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

* Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organized

* Able to work independently and meet deadlines

* Good communication and teamwork skills
