Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

1)Journal, Ledger posting, Ledger reconciliation.
2) Accounting Sales, Purchase, Debit Note, and Credit Note.
3) Verification bills and payment of Vendor bills.
4) Quarterly all vendor account reconciliation.
5) Handling Payment & Receipt.
6) Bank reconciliation.
7) Involving in internal audit.
8) Inter-company reconciliation, maintaining branch accounts.
9) Verification of payroll statement and accounting.
10) Maintaining the Fixed asset register & checking periodically.
11) Handling stock & inventory audit.
12) Knowledge of GST, TDS, P.T.
13) Responsible for preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts
14) Should have good Hands-on experience in Tally ERP.
15) To handle the day to day accounting and taxation work.
16) Independently handle the accounting related work and queries.
