ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

-Assist in full set of accounts, preparing financial statements, month-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets register, and intercompany transactions.

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather financial information and resolve queries.
  -Responsible in day-to-day financial operations. 
  -Responsible for timely SST submission and ensuring payments are made to the relevant authority within the deadline.
  -To ensure timely preparation and submission of accounts breaking down with audit schedules.
  -Proactive and ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  -Maintain proper record keeping and organized filing system.
  -To undertake other duties being assigned or directed by the superior from time to time.

 
 
Requirements
-Possess education level of Diploma or Degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
-MUST have at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
-Preferably have experiences in Account/Audit Firm.
-Preferably have experiences in Construction Industry.
-Preferable have exposure to SQL accounting system.
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
-Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30a.m. to 5.00p.m.; Saturday 8.30a.m. to 1.00p.m.
-Full-time contract basis.v
