Account Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred:
Experience with Tally Prime, GST filing, TDS, Excel, and basic financial reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
