What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Manage event accounts from proposal to execution, including budgeting, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and expand client partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or event coordination (preferably in the event industry).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Client-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for events, creativity, and delivering exceptional experiences.
