About the role
This role involves managing accounting and financial operations, including cash flow recording, reconciliation, payment processing, and inventory management.
Key responsibilities
- Record daily cash flow and perform monthly reconciliation
- Arrange and prepare payment transactions and cash collection
- Perform document checking, follow-up, and accounting data entry
- Handle account functions and assist with month-end financial reports
- Provide timely updates on accounts
- Liaise with related departments to coordinate accounting matters
- Maintain stock ledgers using standard accounting methods
- Oversee stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records
- Investigate inventory variances
About you
- Possess at least LCCI/Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or bachelor's in finance/accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Or at least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and ERP system
- Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
- Required languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
