Account Executive

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable transactions and ensure accurate posting.
• Prepare and maintain guest/company account statements and invoices.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain proper collection records.
• Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and other departments regarding billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of credit customers and corporate accounts.

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders, receiving records and supporting documents.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments as per approved procedures.
• Maintain vendor ledgers and conduct regular reconciliations.
• Follow up on discrepancies with suppliers and concerned departments.
• Ensure proper documentation and authorization of all payments.

General Accounting

• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Ensure accurate posting of accounting entries in the hotel accounting system.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and hotel procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
