About the Role

We are looking for a B.Com Fresher who is interested in building a career in accounting and taxation. The candidate will support day-to-day accounting activities and gain practical exposure to GST, TDS, income tax and business accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and supporting documents.
• Pass accounting entries for sales, purchases, receipts, payments and expenses.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents.
• Assist in GST, TDS and income-tax related work.
• Support preparation of GST returns and other statutory compliance.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Coordinate with clients/vendors for basic accounting-related information.
• Perform other accounting tasks assigned by the senior/team.

Skills Required

• B.Com graduate with basic knowledge of accounting.
• Understanding of Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is preferred.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn practical accounting and taxation.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work responsibly.

B.Com fresher who wants to move beyond theoretical knowledge and develop strong practical skills in Accounting & Taxation.
