Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company accounts records accurately and systematically
• Prepare invoices, payments, and daily financial transactions
• Handle accounts payable & accounts receivable
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and related parties when required
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting / Finance or related field
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

Salary range: RM3000 and above (based on experience)
