Account Executive

About the role

We are a vibrant and rapidly growing second hand car dealership, recognized as one of the top-performing dealers in the area. With strong potential and a dynamic team culture, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Account Executive to handle dealership accounting documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, P&L, SOFP, CF
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Ensure timely closing of accounts and month-end reports
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretaries
• Handle SST/GST, withholding tax, and other statutory submissions
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget variances
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain proper accounting records, documentation financial analysis and management reporting
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment processing and collection monitoring

任职要求

• 最低要求会计、金融、工商管理或相关领域的文凭或学位，有专业资格认证（如ACCA、CPA、CIMA或

同等资格）者优先。

• 至少5年会计/行政/汽车行业工作经验（应届毕业生亦可考虑）。
• 熟悉Microsoft Office（Word, Excel）及基本计算机操作。
• 了解汽车注册/保险/银行贷款流程者优先。
• 有会计软件（如AutoCount）使用经验者优先。
• 责任心强、注重细节，能够独立工作。
• 良好的英语和马来语沟通及写作能力（会中文者优先）。

About you

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of working experience in accounting/admin/automotive industry
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer systems
• Knowledge of automotive registration/insurance/bank loan processes is an advantage
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount) is an advantage
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Good communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
