Account Executive

About the role This role is the main connection between our clients and internal teams. You will turn client visions into reality by managing both Marketing Communication (Campaigns, Content, Branding) and Tech Solutions (Websites and Custom Systems).

Key responsibilities

• Client Relationship & Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and deeply understanding their business needs and briefs.
• Marketing & Communication Execution: Translate client needs and collaborate with Creative, Content, and Media teams to deliver marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and branding projects.
• Tech & System Development Coordination: Work closely with Developers and Tech teams to gather project requirements, transforming client ideas into clear technical specifications for Web and App development.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, scopes, and quality across both Communication and Tech tracks to ensure smooth delivery.
• Pitching & Proposals: Prepare and present professional proposals, strategies, and project quotes to clients.

About you

• 1–3 years of experience as an AE or Project Coordinator in a Digital or Tech Agency.
• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing processes and a basic grasp of Web/App development steps.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Great at time management, problem-solving, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about learning new digital trends and technologies.
