Account Executive

Pavan Furniture is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a Finance Background to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial entries
• Handle invoices, payments, receipts and expenses
• Manage purchase and sales entries
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance
• Perform bank reconciliation and account verification
• Prepare basic financial reports and statements
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping
• Support management with accounting and finance-related tasks

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or relevant finance qualification
• 1–3 years of experience preferred
• Freshers with strong finance/accounting knowledge can also apply
• Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and accounting principles
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
