Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and management reports
• Manage daily accounting operations, payments, cash flow projections, and banking or trade finance matters
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, SST, e-invoicing requirements, and internal control procedures
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities on finance-related matters
• Assist in group account consolidation, manufacturing accounts, and overall accounts administration

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience; audit exposure is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, tax matters, and financial regulations
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCount Accounting Software, and handling large volumes of financial data
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage
