Account Executive

About the role

Join LAMPHILL SDN. BHD. as an Account Executive in our Taman Midah Kuala Lumpur office. This full-time role will see you play a vital part in supporting our Accounting team and ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations.

Job Descriptions :-

• Handle the company’s daily accounting and finance operations, including full set of accounts.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Handle and maintain invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and relevant financial analysis.
• Assist with tax matters, audits, and preparation of relevant financial documents.
• Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collection and payment.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure accounting records and financial documentation comply with Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar role

• Strong knowledge of full set of accounts.

• Familiarity with Malaysia e-Invoice implementation will be an added advantage.

• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Proficient in the use of SQL accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to priorities and multitask
