Key responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, Fixed Asset and GL
• Prepare and maintain accounting records and journal entries
• Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices, ensuring correct coding, approval, and entry into the system
• Reconcile Accounts Payable monthly statement of accounts
• Prepare and process payment runs accurately and on time
• Reconcile monthly bank statements
• Verify and process payment for staff monthly expenses claim
• Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management

About you

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in accounting operations or financial reporting, ideally 1-3 years in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in accounting software such as SQL Accounting and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
