Account Executive

• Adhoc accounting/administrative tasks as assigned by the manager

• Management of petty cash transactions

• Controlling credit and ensuring debtors payment received on time

• Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts

• Ensure all payment amounts and records are accurate

• Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

Requirements:

• Preferably experience as account

• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)

• Knowledge of MYOB software

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• Min. O Level / Diploma in Account
