ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About the role

TOPLINE SAFETY GLASS (M) SDN BHD' is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team based in Balakong, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing the company's accounting and bookkeeping functions.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
2. Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
3. Liaising with internal stakeholders, such as the finance team and management, to provide financial information and analysis
4. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations
5. Providing administrative support to the finance department as needed

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
3. Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as Xero or Quickbooks
4. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
7. Relevant educational qualifications in accounting or finance, such as a degree or professional certification
