ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Duties

• Responsible for account servicing & business development, relationship building with current and potential clients.
• Prepare proposal and budget for marketing campaigns and design projects
• Client servicing as in day-to-day correspondence, project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Work with creative/ design team to deliver solutions for marketing tasks
• Sourcing and competitive quote
• Liaise with vendor, contractors for the execution of event, roadshows or other design, marketing tasks.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Marketing / Design management or related disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant experience preferred, candidate with less than 1 year experience will be considered for the position of Junior Account Executive
• Good organization, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, resourceful and a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must, Putonghua is essential
• Good computer skills with good knowledge in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of e-commerce, digital platform is an advantage
• Self-motivated, able to work over-time & under pressure
• Open-minded and willing to seek solutions for ever-changing marketing challenges
• Immediately available is preferred
