Account Executive

Professional Search Group (PSG) are working with an established organisation to find a commercially minded A****ccount Executive to join their growing team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and driving growth across both new and existing accounts. It’s **not a traditional BDM role,**the focus is on understanding customers, uncovering opportunities and increasing the value delivered to key accounts, aswell as building new relationships.

Salary is dependant on experience

The Role

• Manage and grow relationships across new and existing accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and revenue.
• Engage with key stakeholders and proactively generate meetings.
• Work closely with senior management.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and customer needs.
• Look for ways to improve account performance, customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

About You

• Some industry knowledge in chemical.
• Commercially driven and naturally curious.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong at asking questions and uncovering customer needs.
• Proactive, personable and relationship-focused.
• Comfortable identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
• Experienced working with larger or complex accounts.
• A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams and markets.
