ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About the role

An Account Executive role responsible for bank reconciliation, general ledger management, ERP updates, and payment processing to suppliers. The role involves ensuring accurate project cost allocation, preparing and maintaining project costing reports, and running Project Percentage of Completion (POC) analyses. The position requires liaising with internal and external parties on accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and project costing matters, assisting with month-end closing, and maintaining proper financial and project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle bank reconciliation and GL
• Ensure timely ERP updates and supplier payment processing
• Ensure accurate project cost allocation
• Prepare and maintain project costing reports
• Run Project Percentage of Completion (POC)
• Assist with month-end closing
• Liaise with internal and external parties on AP, AR, GL and project costing matters
• Prepare project costing reports for management and audit purposes
• Maintain proper financial and project documentation
• Ensure financial information is accurate and confidential
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

About you

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of project accounting is preferred
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
• Knowledge of AP, AR and General Accounting
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Mature, responsible and good communication skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive financial information professionally
