Account Executive

We are looking for Account Executive to be based at Tebrau III and willing to work 5.5 day (alternate SAT off).

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable to handle AR data entry, month end closing and monthly management report.
• Prepare reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
• Monitor bank balance, cash flow position to ensure sufficient funds to meet payment deadlines.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of companies’ accounts with compliance to governing standards and regulations.
• Ensure completeness of documents in accordance with internal guidelines and policy for audit purposes.
• To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior**.**

Job Requirement:

• Possess minimum Degree in accounting / finance or ACCA.
• 2 years of working experience in related fields.
• Able to work independence with minimum supervision.
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel.
• Pleasant personality, punctual, hardworking and responsibility.
