Account Executive

Location: Gurugram

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of accounting, import/export documentation, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Handle bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage import and export-related documentation and accounting.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, vendors, and internal teams for import/export transactions.
• Handle documentation related to shipping, customs, duties, taxes, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit-related activities.
• Maintain proper records of import costs, landed costs, and related expenses.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Mandatory experience in import and export accounting/documentation.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
