Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP / accounting software.
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in a CA firm, company accounts department, or service industry will be preferred.
• Should be disciplined, organized and comfortable working with deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Accuracy and timely completion of accounting entries.
• Timely reconciliation of bank and ledger accounts.
• Proper maintenance of invoices and financial records.
• Timely follow-up on outstanding receivables.
• Compliance with internal accounting processes.
• Accuracy of MIS and supporting reports.
