Role & responsibilities
- Account Support: Assist senior Account Managers with daily operations and client touchpoints.
- Client Representation: Handle meeting schedules, gather client inputs, and take notes during the absence of the Account Manager.
- Internal Coordination: Bridge communication smoothly between external clients and internal technical delivery teams.
- Reporting & Decks: Build client presentations in MS PowerPoint and track data/metrics in MS Excel.
Preferred candidate profile
- Shift Timings**:** Night Shift (6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST).
- Experience: 1+ year in client servicing, account coordination, or IT project support.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
