Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities.
• Entries to be posted in Automobile Software System.
• Prepare and maintain sales & purchase invoices, receipts and payment vouchers.
• Real time Vouching in Tally Software.
• Maintain records for Account Receivables & Account Payables.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Insurance and Registration teams for required financial documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain proper records of petty cash and daily expenses.
• Verify vendor bills, purchase documents, and supporting documents.
• Assist with GST/TDS and other Statutory related documentation and data preparation.
• Support monthly closing activities and prepare basic MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and senior accountants whenever required.
• Follow company accounting policies and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Ideal Candidate

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel preferred.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain proper documentation and records.
