Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolios; Manage Project Financials. Develop, manager, and meticulously track project budgets, proposals, and scopes of work; Oversee Commercials. Manage all commercial aspects of the account, including contract negotiation, formal change orders, and client invoicing; Cultivate New Business. Prospect for new clients through networking and solicitation to build a robust sales pipeline; PROJECT COORDINATION AND EXECUTION Serve as the Project Hub. Act as the central point for project information, coordinating cross-functional internal teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery; Manage Project Timelines. Create and manage comprehensive project timelines, work back schedules, and key deliverables; Coordinate External Partners. Manage vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution; Ensure Flawless Execution.
