Account Executive

Mega Manycon India is hiring an Accounts Executive to join our Coimbatore backend team supporting Manycon's GCC operations (Qatar & Saudi Arabia).

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and financial documentation related to debt collection services. The role involves handling accounts receivable/payable, preparing reports, assisting in audits, and ensuring accurate financial records are maintained in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and financial documentation
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis
• Maintain financial documentation related to debt collection services
• Prepare periodic financial reports and MIS for management review
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial record-keeping

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred

Experience:

1 2 years in accounting or finance operations

Key Skills:

Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, MS Excel, MS Word, Tally, QuickBooks, ERP Systems, Audit Support, Invoicing

Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage

Work Details:

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (India Time)

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (Qatar & Saudi standard working week)

Weekly Off: Friday

Holidays: As per GCC country calendar

Work Mode: Work From Office

Location: Coimbatore (Candidates based in Coimbatore preferred)
