Although this position is based in Seri Kembangan, all internal policies, reporting, and financial processes are aligned with our Head Office in Sabah.

Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts and payroll for multiple companies within our group. The ideal candidate is independent, organized, and able to deliver accurate work while meeting reporting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR & GL) for multiple group companies.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections and supplier payments.
• Process monthly payroll, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB (LHDN) submissions.
• Handle staff claims, petty cash and reimbursement processing.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow monitoring and financial analysis.
• Support management with ad hoc finance and administrative duties when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling full set accounts.
• Experience processing payroll for multiple companies is preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB (LHDN) regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Responsible, trustworthy and able to meet reporting deadlines.

Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Reporting: Financial reporting and internal policies are aligned with the Company's Head Office in Sabah.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
