What they need

Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and month-end closing.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Process and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring all reconciling items are properly investigated and cleared.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper filing of financial documents.
Ensure accounting records and financial reporting comply with approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Assist in preparing schedules and supporting documents for external audits, tax submissions, and statutory reporting.
Perform data entry and maintain accounting information in the accounting system accurately.
Handle general administrative and office duties related to the finance and accounts function.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by the Director.
