ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE POSITION

Location:
Bayan Lepas, Penang

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

1️⃣ Job Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly accounting operations and ensure proper recording of transactions.

• Prepare and maintain accounting reports including:

• Profit & Loss (P&L)

• Management Accounts (MA)

• Cash Flow

• Bank Reconciliation

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Prepare quotations, invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and related accounting documents.

• Process payroll and calculate statutory contributions including:

• EPF

• SOCSO

• EIS

• PCB (added advantage)

• Maintain proper filing and documentation through Google Drive or internal systems / Hard Copy.

• Support month-end closing and assist in audit and tax preparation.

• Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding accounting and payment matters.

• Ensure accounting records are accurate, organized, and updated on time.

2️⃣ Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  (LCCI holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.)

• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in accounting or related positions.

• Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in accounting are encouraged to apply.

• MUST be familiar with:

• AutoCount

• SQL Accounting System

• Microsoft Excel

• Google Drive / Google Sheets

• Familiar with payroll processing and statutory contribution calculations.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines efficiently.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

3️⃣ Language Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to liaise with Mandarin and English-speaking clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.

• Must possess own transport.
