Job Title: Accountant cum Admin

Location: Sector 50, Gurgaon

Experience Required: 2 -3 Years

Salary Budget: Up to 25,000 (In-hand)

**Job Summary:**We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant cum Admin professional to manage day-to-day accounting tasks along with administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bills
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Assist in GST, TDS, and basic compliance work
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Administration:

• Manage office administration activities
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Maintain office records and documentation
• Handle basic HR/admin coordination tasks
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of Tally
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic communication skills

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field preferred

Preferred Candidate:

Immediate joiner or short notice period
