ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking a talented and diligent Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Tri Creative Solution Sdn Bhd. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's accounting and bookkeeping operations. This is a full-time position based in the vibrant Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining and reconciling financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank statements, and other financial documents
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analysis
• Providing excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and addressing any accounting-related concerns
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
• Participating in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
• Performing data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in a small to medium-sized business environment
• Strong proficiency in accounting software, such as Xero
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the finance team and clients
• A relevant accounting or finance-related degree or professional qualification is preferred
