Account Executive

About the role

Nucell (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our clients' accounting and bookkeeping needs, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and liaise with relevant authorities
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our valued clients

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and software (e.g. AutoCount)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A relevant accounting or finance diploma or degree is preferred
