ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and Management, or relevant
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Knowledgeable in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Knowledge of E-Invoicing and SST is an added advantage

Roles:

• Record and reconcile the full set of accounting (Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliation)
• Ensure account compliance with company policies, procedures, statutory, and tax requirements
• Responsible for monthly reporting and ad-hoc reporting to provide information to the managers and top management
• Assist in statutory Audit & Tax compliance activities
• Support in Customs reporting and payment transactions
• Report and highlight on any non-compliance of procedures or anomalies in the financial statements to managers
• Prepare and support with E-Invoicing transactions
• Process and follow up with Sales & Service Tax invoice & payments
• To perform other tasks as assigned
