ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Full Set Accounts: Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Journal Entries) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and management reports.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and manage accounts receivable/payable aging reports.
• Taxation & Compliance: Handle filing, income tax preparations, and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
• Internal Control: Review daily billing, supplier invoices, and payment vouchers to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in handling full set accounts (experience in hardware, trading, or manufacturing sector is an added advantage).
• Proficient in accounting software (SQL Accounting) and MS Excel.
• Solid knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations.
• Meticulous, analytical, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday : 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
Saturday: 8.30 am - 1 pm
