Account Executive

• Able to handle full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities

 - Ensure timely and accurate montly closing and yearly closing of account

 - Prepare financial analysis and update consolidation of accounts to ensure timely    delivery of high quality and accurate financial data

 - Ensure financial and management reports and completed and submitted according to    the schedule, determined by the management

• Prepare SST return and submission and any tax issues that may arise

 - Assist and support the management on treasury and budgeting function

• Monitor account payable and ensure all entries are updated within deadline set

• Update and prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports (monthly profit and loss statement,    balance sheet statement,annual audited accounts) to management

 - Maintain accounting database by processing data recovery, system upgrade and backup

 - Deal with bankers and responsible for the preparation of trade document, such as    Bank Acceptance

• Control of petty cash for daily operation

 - Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly

 - Looking for candidate with excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal & written)

• Chinese candidate with good command in language (both verbal & written) are highly encouraged to apply.
