Account Executive

WE’RE HIRING | ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

North Willow Consulting is hiring for an established furniture retail brand.

Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata
Position: Accounts Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 per month (in hand) + incentives

Experience: Minimum 5 years
Qualification: B.Com graduate
Preferred Age: Below 32 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage day-to-day showroom accounts
• Handle billing, cash transactions and documentation
• Maintain accurate records using Tally Prime
• Manage GST, TDS and accounting-related activities
• Prepare MIS and operational reports
• Handle bank, ledger and daily collection reconciliation
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
• Assist showroom customers when the sales team is occupied

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Tally Prime
• Practical knowledge of GST and TDS
• Experience in billing, cash handling and reconciliation
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting
• Good numerical and analytical ability
• Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and English
• Professional, responsible and customer-friendly approach

Work Schedule:

Showroom timing: 10:30 AM–8:30 PM
Weekly off: One weekday between Monday and Friday
Candidates must be comfortable working on weekends and most public holidays, as these are peak business days.
