Duties

• Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to promote our products and services
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs to tailor solutions that meet their objectives
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, data entry, and sales activities using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
• Provide outstanding customer support by resolving inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
• Assist clients with onboarding processes, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting issues
• Manage client communication channels with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve customer support problems efficiently

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles with a focus on outbound calling and client communication
• Strong multilingual abilities, with fluency in English and at least one additional language preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and technical tools relevant to customer support roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for persuasive conversation and active listening
• Prior experience in data entry, cash handling, or related administrative tasks is advantageous
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with customer service problem-solving techniques and phone etiquette standards
