Account Executive

POSITION SUMMARY

Omnicom Health Hong Kong, division under TBWA (HK) Limited is looking for an Account Executivetalent. If you are interested in health & wellbeing brand communications and curious on science, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a core team member of the Business team, responsible for day-to-day project administration in an accurate and timely manner.
• Develop and execute project timelines, resource planning, budget planning, and operational matters.
• Maintain effective communication with the internal team, client team, and third parties.
• Manage production according to project requirements for the final deliverables, timeframe, and budget.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other client support.
• Ensure the quality of the final output and delivery, as well as maintaining documentation records.
• Maintain good client relationships.
• Support the business team and other agency disciplines in new business exploration, research, reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree holder

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• A background or degree in science, nutrition, or health-related disciplines is preferred but not mandatory

• Self-starter with strong presentation, interpersonal, communication, and organization skills

• Good team player, outgoing, detail-minded, highly organized, and flexible

• Able to handle multitasks and working in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, while Mandarin language skills are highly desirable
