Account Executive

• Handle a full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.

• Payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.

• Manage Account Receivables and related functions, such as monthly monitoring of customers’ Payment status, generate and review aging report.

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.

• Manage Fixed Assets accounting

• Handle Work Permit and Employment Pass applications and renewals.

• Coordinate office supplies, licenses and insurance renewals.

• Liaise with government agencies, banks and external vendors.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting

• Relevant working experience.

• Ability to work independently.
