Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support statutory compliance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Manage sales, purchase, receipt, payment and expense entries.
• Maintain ledgers, bank reconciliation and accounting records.
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare basic MIS and financial reports.
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, vendors and customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in Zoho Books.
• Support monthly closing and other accounting activities.

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Zoho Books experience is mandatory.
• Candidates who have worked with a CA / CA firm will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
